Claims and privacy
When you file a claim to us, we use the personal data you provide to process your request and handle your claim.
We may also use your personal data to contact you if necessary. Rest assured, your data is handled with the utmost care. We require the same level of diligence from any third parties with whom we need to share your information as part of our services.
We record claim reports and insurance data in the CIS database. Stichting CIS maintains this database on behalf of insurance companies operating in the Netherlands.
This enables insurers, law enforcement, judicial authorities, and other organisations recognised by Stichting CIS to exchange information. Such data sharing helps manage risks and prevent fraud. For more information, please refer to the CIS Privacy Regulations available at www.stichtingcis.nl.
