Variable pay

Our remuneration policy

Our remuneration policy is designed to foster long-term relationships with our clients while safeguarding their interests. To achieve this, we invest in highly qualified and dedicated employees. We apply a remuneration structure that attracts and retains talent without creating undesirable incentives or compromising client care. Additionally, our remuneration policy is structured to enhance awareness of sustainability risks associated with investment products. The remuneration of some of our employees is partly variable; however, variable rewards do not serve as an incentive for selling specific products or increasing sales volumes.

In 2023, the total variable remuneration paid amounted to €94,287. The other provisions of Article 1:120(2) of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (Wft) do not apply to our company.
